Our price includes bench testing of the machine prior to shipping and ON SITE service in the first year for any major problems. Warranty: One year parts and labor provided by Chris' Coffee Service, Inc. (Free shipping in the 48 contiguous United States) We ship your machine strapped to a small pallet and send it via common carrier with additional insurance. Great step up May 10, 2013 Reviewer: Gary Hansen from Santa Ynez, CA United States   Enjoyed the Vivaldi II for 7 years and the great service and help from Chris's, so when looking to step up, came back to the source.  Mary was a fantastic help and provided great advice and alternatives.  Received the GS3 very quickly, perfect shipment, and once dialed in delivers unbelievable espresso.  Didn't think I'd notice much difference from the Vivaldi, but coffee now has more flavors, a much smoother Black Cat then before and the steam milk is almost easy!  Very happy with the our GS3, very happy to have worked with Mary, and very happy to still be a customer of Chris's Coffee.
