Wonderful Product & Wonderful Service January 13, 2014
Reviewer: John H. from Kentucky
We purchased our Vetrano from Chris' Coffee and we have been extremely pleased - both with the machine and the service afterward. The machine has worked flawlessly from day one and makes great espresso and frothed milk when paired with a good espresso mill and a knowledgable barista. Everything, from the stainless steel frame and highly polished shell and group, to the Fluid-o-Tech rotary pump and Gicar controller box are top notch components. Our requirements for a machine were: 1) Plumbed in, 2) Rotary Pump, 3) Gicar controller, 4) Sirai Pressure stat, 5) Easy maintainability and 6) Excellent post-purchase service. We got all of that at a good price with the Vetrano at Chris Coffee.

Love this machine May 1, 2013
Reviewer: Rod Livingston from Richmond, IN United States
I upgraded to the Vetrano from my Rancillio Silvia and waited a month to write this to let my initial infatuation wear off.  It is a bit like going from a VW to a Rolls -  should have done this years ago. Makes perfect espresso with excellent crema every time.  Makes consecutive milk drinks without having to wait.
A negative that I had heard from other reviews, that of having to flush the system to cool the head after sitting awhile, has not been a problem.  It does become hot, but a few seconds of flushing equilibrates everything nicely.
