Because coffee volume requirements can change throughout the day, the 612ILD gives you total flexibility to match your exact needs, whether it's a few cups for the mid-morning regulars or gallons for a banquet.
The 612ILD features two independant brewing heads with three brew cycle selections each. That way you're able to brew small, medium, or large batches simultaneously. You can brew just 12 cups or less during slow periods or up to 400 cups per hour when the need arises.
Never again brew full cycles when you don't need them - less waste equals more profits. DIGITAL SYSTEM FEATURES

• Adanced Digital System - Electronic solid state technology centralizes control on the front touchkey panel for easy programming and precise performance. The digital "brain" is controlled by state-of-the-art membrane buttons, which last up to 10 times longer than traditional switches. Fewer, longer lasting digital components result in superior reliability, reduced part inventories and easier service.
  
• Touchkey Control Panels - Provide a longer working life than mechanical switches and a smooth surface for easier cleaning and maintenance.
  
• Programmable Brewing Quantity - Allows each brewing cycle button to be pre-set to your exact coffee needs.
  
• Programmable Brewing Temperature - Factory set to 200ºF, temperature can be easily adjusted in 2ºF increments from 170ºF to 240ºF for optimum coffee quality.
  
• Digital Brew Counter - Automatically sense and tracks each brew cycle. Makes information instantly available for account qualification, preventive maintenance programs, profitability reports and more.
  
• Self-Diagnostics - ADS technology lets the technician know exactly what needs to be done to expedite service.
  
• Quality Timer - Sounds an alarm at a set interval (0 to 200 minutes) advising you that the coffee in the Satellite Server should be replaced.
  
• Temperature Controlled Warmer Decks - Feature Off, Low, Medium*, and High settings. Warmers are automatically turned on when a brew cycle is started. (*Recommended for optimum holding.)
  
• Energy Saving Sleep Mode - System goes to sleep if inactive for 2 hours. Reduces tank temperature from factory-set 200ºF to an energy-conserving 140ºF and holds it there. Quickly recovers by pressing System's ON/OFF button or with InterLock System by pressing a GRIND button. (When programmed on.)
  
• Digital Temperature Control - Keeps brew temperature constant with digital accuracy to easily handle THREE back-to-back brewing cycles. Plus, liquid level control interface prevents element burnout.
  
• Foolproof Set-Up - Once water and electrical lines are connected simply turn the unit on. The ADS System sense the dry probe and begins filling the tank. Only when the tank has reached the correct level will the elements energize. No more costly burned out elements during set-up.
  
• One Touch Grind-to-Brew - When combined with the ILGD Digital Grinder, solid state controls automatically adjust brewing cycle to correspond with selected grind amount for error-proof brewing.
