Nuova Simonelli's Mythos line of espresso grinders are some of the absolute best on the market today. Coupled with Nuova Simonelli's Aurelia or Appia you can consistently pull excellent quality espresso shots with out having to be a barista champion.  These grinders have 3 settings; single, double and triple.  No need to adjust the grind settings when switching between shot sizes.


Mythos Barista Low RPM Espresso Grinder is the same high quality as the Mythos Basic with a few exceptions. The Barista Model has 83 mm flat burrs that are titanium coated which is the same as the Mythos Plus. The major advantage of this grinder is the low RPM motor. The lower the RPM's, the less heat that is generated while grinding during during busy times. When burrs get hot while grinding they can change the profile of your coffee and affect the taste. The Mythos Barista Low RPM also has grind on demand, programmable dosing, and micro-metric grind adjustment. It is available in Black Only and is Not available with the dynamo-metric tamper.

The Mythos Plus has the same 83 mm titanium coated grinding burrs as the Mythos Barista Low RPM Espresso Grinder and an adjustable built in dynamo-metric tamper that will allow consistency in the tamp, three programmable dose setting, micro-metric grind adjustment, and is available with a Stainless Steel Body Only.
