This knock chute is constructed out of stainless steel and is perfect for commercial applications. Commercial coffee shops prefer in-counter knock chutes, some square, some round, for the simple reason that they do not have to empty it as frequently as one that sits on the counter. Simply place a wastebasket under the counter to catch the grounds. There is also an optional splash shield available for this knock chute.
