Our Machristay Black Pearl Espresso is a blend of coffees from distinctly different countries of origin in South and Central America as well as in Africa. The coffees are all 100% Arabica and roasted to perfection daily at our facility, in our PID controlled Renegade coffee roaster. We roast to a Full City Roast with little or no oil on the surface. Our Black Pearl has been described as “pleasantly complex, with good body and mouth feel.” It has also been characterized as citrus, winy, with lingering chocolate notes.
