MACAP MC4 Doserless Grinder

When I first became interested in MACAP and started importing their grinders, the MC4 Doserless grinder did not interest me. Why, you ask? The MC4's intended use is as a bulk grinder. Italy and many other European countries use this grinder much like here in the States we use Bunn Bulk grinders in our supermarkets. When I saw these grinders again in Milan with the addition of stepless adjustment, in November, I placed an order. At a price of more that $200.00 less than a Mazzer Mini E, the same grind quality, chrome finish, and the addition of worm gear-driven stepless adjustment, I am sure this grinder will be a very popular model. We also stock it in the original stepped adjustment, which is often preferred by those who change grinds frequently for a  variety of brews, from French press to espresso.

Its worm gear-driven stepless adjustment makes it the best stepless adjustable grinder on the market today, in our opinion. The worm gear makes it simple to make even a minute adjustment, and the best part is that you can do it with two fingers, with either your right hand or your left.

It comes in Chrome, which coordinates nicely with stainless espresso machines such as Quick Mill, Isomac, Giotto, Euro 2000, Valentina, Pasquini, etc.

The power cord comes from the bottom not the side. Many people complain about the position of the power cord on the Mini.

It comes with an on/off switch not a timer. Mazzer will only sell the timer version of the Mini in the US.

It's only 17" tall and will fit under most kitchen cabinets.
