Isomac Replacement/Repair Parts

In this section you can find several of the most commonly sought after replacement parts for Isomac Espresso Machines. Many of the these parts will also work in other machines as well, such as Andreja Premium, Pasquini, Giotto, Oscar, Valentina, etc. etc. In some cases the parts in this section are of higher quality than original and will not only work fine but more reliably than original.

Ulka Vibratory Pumps EAX5 52 Watt Ulka Vibratory Replacement Pump EAX5 52 Watt. Ulka is the most trusted name in vibratory pumps in the industry. The EAX5 52 Watt has brass ends, not plastic. Brass makes a much more secure connections than models with plastic ends. Pumps with plastic fittings tend to develop leaks over time. This pump will also replace the 41 Watt models found in Silvia's as well as other espresso machines. [more]

Coffee Stat, Steam Stat and Hi Limit There are three items to choose here. All three of them are for Rancilio Silvia. The Steam and Coffee stat also work on many other single boiler machines like Isomac Zaffiro, Isomac Amica, and several others. The coffee stat is rated at 100 degrees C and the steam stat is rated at 140 degrees C. The images can be blown up very large to enable a close up look so you can compare yours to these. [more]

Thermal Fuse This is a replacement Thermal Fuse for an Isomac Espresso Machines. These are better than original simply because they are the correct temperature rating 167 degree C. The Isomac machines come with too high a rated fuse 184 degree C and as a result the heating element will blow in many cases before the fuse that is meant to protect it. [more]

Jaeger Pressure Stat Jaeger pressure stats are one of the most reliable pressure switches on the market today. If you are looking for a better quality pressure stat than C.E.M.E. or MA-TER, look no further. Sirai commercial stats are actually considered the best quality. But unfortunately, in most cases Sirai stats will not fit in machines like Isomac, Giotto, Expobar, Quick Mill, or several other semicommercial machines. Sirai stats are simply too large in size. But the Jaeger stat is only slightly larger than the C.E.M.E. and MA-TER stats, and therefore fits with no problem. When ordering this pressure stat please let us know, in the comment section, what make machine you are installing it on. You may need an adapter, we will be happy to include the necessary one free of charge if you simply indicate the machine make. [more]

Micro Switch This Micro Switch is used in two places on the Isomac, one under the water tank which cuts power to the heating circute when the water gets too low, and one behind the lever on the E61 group to activate the pump. [more]

New Vacuum Breaker Valve If you are having trouble with vapor lock on your espresso machine try this vacuum breaker valve, it should solve your problem. What is vapor lock? Vapor lock is when you put your espresso machine on a timer so it will be ready when you get up only to find that as soon as you open the steam valve your pressure drops to zero in a matter of a couple of seconds, and your group is not hot. Silicone Tubing 1/4" by 12" This is replacement silicone tubing for your water lines inside Isomac Espresso Machine or for that matter many semi commercial espresso machines. Silicone tubing has a tendency to dry out and become brittle over time especially when subjected to heat for prolonged periods of time. Back Flush Disk Stainless or Rubber The stainless 58 mm back flush disk fit all portafilters used in conjunction with E61 groups. For example: Quick Mill, Isomac, Euro 2000, Grimac, Giotto, Rancilio, and Faema. It also fits many other 58 mm portafilters. The rubber disk fits all the above plus many others. The diameter of the disk is 50 mm. The 50 mm rubber disks is what we send with each La Spaziale machine we sell. This disk drops into the double portafilter insert baskets and works well.
