Baratza wanted to bring the same weight-based technology of its brand new Vario-W grinder to its other coffee grinders.  Enter the Esatto Scale Coffee Grinder Attachment. This grinding accessory was specifically designed to be compatible with the Maestro Plus, the Virtuoso, and the Virtuoso Preciso.  After sliding and locking your machine into place, the Esatto will give precise and accurate weight-based dosing.


The Esatto is perfect for those who want to make espressos with consistent dosing and high accuracy.  It can automatically dose ground coffee to within +/- 0.2 g repeatedly.  With this device, you no longer need to pre-weigh your coffee beans, reducing your labor time while simplifying the grinding process.  The Esatto comes with a built-in scale sensor bar and a ground coffee bin that will fit into the coffee grinders.  The easy to use electronic operational panel, modeled similar to the Vario's, has grind weight adjustment buttons, three programmable preset buttons, and a start/stop button.
