The Leak Controller helps prevent water and property damage by having total control over your water source line and detecting any leakage with its water sensor.  If the sensor bars become active, the controller will automatically engage its shut off valve, completely cutting off your water source.  It also activates a beeping and flashing alarm.

The water sensor has a 4 1/2 foot cord, allowing it greater separation from the controller.  The sensor is about the size of a computer mouse.  It has two openings on the front with slots over the sensor bars.  It can detect any leakage above the bars or below them.

The alarm system triggers in several different conditions.  When detecting a leak, four light flashes and sound beeps will occur.  A low battery warning will cause two flashes/beeps while a dead battery warning is eight flashes/beeps.  When in maintenance mode, it will only flash/beep once.

For greater convenience, the Leak Controller can be mounted on the wall with its included metal wall mount plate.  It also has an easy to flip top cover so you can change out the batteries.  The device runs on 4 AA batteries with a battery life expectancy of two years.

The Leak Controller comes standard with 3/8 inch valve holes.  It can also be ordered with 1/4 inch valve holes.
