SOLD OUT
Chris' Coffee Service has been selling and servicing Cimbali, Franke, and Schierer Commercial Super Automatic machines for years. We recognized there is a strong demand for Super Automatic machines for homes in the US. We also recognized that the majority of the Super Automatic machines being sold today for home use; made poor quality coffee, were poorly constructed, and were unserviceable by the customer. Even the smallest repair required the customer to box up their machine and ship it off to be repaired. Most of the time the machine would take over a month to be repaired and returned. We started working with Quick Mill in 2007 on a Super Automatic machine that would have the features and build quality that previously was only seen on those extremely expensive commercial machines. Take a look at our All Stainless Steel Quick Mill Super Automatic.
Features:
Lets start with the software features. - Programmable Pre-Infusion you control the length of time.
- Programmable temperature setting for heated metal brew group.
- Programmable ground coffee dose.
- Five different languages to choose from, English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish.
- Programmable seven day timer.
- In addition to the seven day programmable timer, you can program the machine to turn off after a preset time of inactivity. This is an excellent feature in the event you go to work and forget to shut the machine off, it will automatically shut off. You choose the time in 30 minute increments from 30 minutes to several hours.
- Programmed descaling feature. You simply put your descaling solution in the water tank and start the program. It takes two hours to complete and prompts you through the steps. The LED will display what phase it is in. It will prompt you when to take the water tank out and replace the descaling solution with fresh water. While the machine is descaling the timer, auto shut off, and solenoid to the steam boiler are deactivated. The machine will not turn off half way through non will the valve open and allow any of the descaling solution to enter the steam boiler.
- Easy to adjust coffee volume, simply press and hold the coffee button until the word programming appears in the display. Now let go. When the desired amount of coffee volume is reached simply press the button again and that volume is now stored.
- In addition to the actual descaling feature function, there is also a setting that will prompt you when to perform descaling. You have three choices of setting, soft, medium, or hard. It measures the amount of water going through the flow meter before entering the heat exchanger. If it is set for soft water it will be longer before it prompts you a recommendation to descale the heat exchanger than if it were set for hard.
- There is also a back flushing program built into the software. You simply put the back flushing detergent into the piston and press the start button. The program does the rest for you including the pauses to allow the detergent to work and all the necessary rinse cycles.
- You can also turn on an optional password so no one can change any of your settings.
Now for the construction quality: - Constructed from #304 food grade stainless steel, both the outer body and frame.
- Easily removable side and back panels, just three screws and slide the panels up and off.
- Large cavity with ample ventilation, to keep electronics cool and prevent unnecessary failure.
- Boiler constructed of copper, NOT aluminum.
- Boiler capacity is 1.4 liter and is insulated.
- Boiler heater is 1300 watts for fast heat up time.
- Machine is equipped with both a steam arm, if you wish to steam milk the traditional way, and an autofrother. That’s right you get both.
- Boiler equipped with a drain. Simply connect a hose to it and open the valve, no wrench needed.
- All the solenoid valves are Commercial 4.5 watt Parker, the most reliable you can buy.
- The pump is an Ulka 52 watt with brass ends and is equipped with a Klixon thermal fuse for added protection of the pump.
- The grinder has 50 mm flat burrs and is gear reduced to 750 RPM. When adjusting the coffee throw through the software you are actually changing the number of revolutions the burrs turn as apposed to simply changing the length of time the grinder runs for. This is a much more accurate way to make small adjustment.
- Grinder has stepless adjustment using a worm gear. This allows for minute adjustment.
- Brew group is made of metal and is equipped with a built in heater. You never get cold shots. In addition you can adjust the temperature of the heater in the brew group through the software.
- Gear transmission drive is all metal, not plastic like several super autos on the market today. Plastic transmission drives often times break if a jam occurs.
- Adjustable output pressure of the pump. The machine is equipped with the same commercial grade expansion valve we use on all our Quick Mill Machines.
- Machine equipped with a safety over pressure valve unlike most. Valve is in line and if the boiler over pressurizes it releases the steam pressure back into the water tank instead of inside the machine. This is a very good feature since it prevents all the electronics from getting wet in the event the boiler over pressurizes.
- Machine’s electronics are extremely well protected with 5 fuses. In the event of a power surge there are two fuses located in the back of the machine on the outside just under the power connection. This provides excellent protection with very easy access. If the surge got past the first two fuses on the outside of the machine there are two addition fuses located on the board, just in case. These fuses as well are easily accessed because of the design of the stainless steel out body side panels, three screws on the top and the side panels pull straight up and off. There is one last fuse located inside the machine behind the front door that protects the grinder motor from being damaged in the even it got jammed by a stone in your coffee or any other similar reason.
