The Rocket Cellini Premium Plus has a beautiful modern design; the body is made of 304 grade Stainless Steel.  It boasts of a dual pre-infusion system; a mechanical system with progressively working piston and a static pre-infusion chamber.

The Premium Plus line is the flagship model of Rocket Espresso, and they spared no expense to make the Cellini Premium Plus better than it already was.  It now has a full commercially rated Sirai pressure stat, giving you a far greater accuracy over the lifetime of the machine.  Also, their proven Thermosyphon system has been modified and enhanced through the use of increased diameter copper tubes that supply the water to the brewing group.

The 1.8 liter boiler is made of pure copper with a lead free brass end plate. It is plated with nickel to protect against copper oxidation.  The water reservoir holds 2.9 liters of fresh water and has a low level indication system to warn you when the water is scarce.
