As great a machine as the Vivaldi is, people have expressed difficulty in making nice micro foam. The Vivaldi is a commercially made machine. It is not only a wonderful machine for home use, but it can also be used in small restaurants and for catering operations as well. La Spaziale's intent was to build it so that it can handle the volume required in those commercial applications. I asked La Spaziale to have a special tip made for me with the same pattern and number of holes, but to make the holes much smaller, approximately .9 mm in diameter compared to the current 1.3 mm size. In addition this tip will work on Quick Mill Vetrano, Andreja Premium, and ECM Giotto Premium. These three machines all have the stainless steel NO BURN steam arms.

When put on the Quick Mill Vetrano, Andreja Premium, and the ECM Giotto Premium the first time it is necessary to use a small wrench to get it to thread. The threads are NOT a perfect match like they are on the Vivaldi however it works fine once you put it on the first time. If you put this tip on a no-burn steam arm, like found on the Vetrano, Andreja Premium, and the Giotto premium, the arm will get hot and no longer stay cool to the touch.
