We have now added, for your convenience, this section for those of you who wish to directly connect your espresso machine to your water supply. In this section you will find complete assemblies to not only connect your machine to your water source but also everything you need to filter, soften, or do both to your water without having to go to Home Depot for anything. We will be adding to this section as time goes on and as always we are here to help you should have questions when installing this equipment. This is what we do at Chris' Coffee Service. Inc. We have more than 10,000 pieces of equipment in the field in such places as convenience stores, offices, restaurants, hotels, and coffee houses that we installed and have to provide service on 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year.

For Our Customers outside the Continental US; including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico::
• We now ship most parts & accessories via US Postal Service (USPS) – keep in mind that all of our electronic parts are 110 Volt 60 Hz
• All of our machines are 110 Volt 60 Hz and therefore will NOT operate in most European countries that require 230 Volt 50 Hz
• We also cannot ship any porcelain cups due to the breakage factor
• Should you wish a quote we will need the following: a list of the desired items in order to determine the ship weight and the ship-to address
• We will calculate the shipping costs and reply with quote via email

Water Hardness Test Strips These hardness test strips are not only perfect for testing the levels of calcium and magnesium in your tap water, but also the effectiveness of filters such as Brita. Brita and other filters don't just remove odor and taste from your tap water. They also remove calcium and magnesium -- the number-one destroyer of espresso machines. So even if you use a filter, testing the water coming out of your filter is still a good idea because it gives you a clearer idea of how often to replace the filter. 10" Sediment Filter 1 micron This 1 Micron Sediment Filter is a generic 10". Simply put it will fit any standard 10" filter housing. Don't make the mistake of buying a filter system that locks you into a specific brand of filter. Most name brand filters lock you into their replacement cartridges, because they are the only ones that will fit the housing. This 1-micron sediment filter will remove turbidity from your water. Last but not least it will prevent particles, any larger than 1 micron, from being drawn up into your machine, which could result in a break down of your machine. [more]

10" Softener Cartridge 15,000 PPM This 15,000-ppm cat-ion softener cartridge is a generic 10". Simply put it will fit any standard 10" filter housing. Don't make the mistake of buying a filter system that locks you into a specific brand of filter or softener cartridge. Most name brand filters systems lock you into their replacement cartridges, because they are the only ones that will fit the housing. This cat-ion softener cartridge is rated at 15,000-ppm of softening capability. Here is an example of what 15,000-ppm rating means. If your water hardness tests out to be 10 grains of hardness this cartridge will soften approximately 88 gallons of water before needing replacement. This softener should never be installed directly before your espresso machine. You should always install a carbon filter after the softener! The carbon block filter does two things; your final polishing of the water, but more importantly it assures none of the cat-ion crystals get drawn up into your machine, which can cause major problems. Silicone Tubing 1/4" by 12" This is replacement silicone tubing for your water lines inside Isomac Espresso Machine or for that matter many semi commercial espresso machines. Silicone tubing has a tendency to dry out and become brittle over time especially when subjected to heat for prolonged periods of time. It's a good idea to check the condition of your tubing every now and then and replace it as needed before leaks occur. [more]

Drain Kit for Vivaldi Espresso Machine by La Spaziale This drain kit is for the La Spaziale Vivaldi, and is designed for use on all Vivaldi II models. It will also work on the Vivaldi I, provided your machine is a newer model that is set up for it. In order to know if your Vivaldi I is compatible, simply pull out your drip tray. If there is a hole in the base of your machine approximately 1 1/2" in diameter directly under where your drip tray rests, you are in business. [more]
