Vario Control Board


The one short coming of the Vario grinder by Baratza, has been the fact that it looses its settings if there is a power outage or if you simply unplug it. That has been changed with this new board. It now holds your settings, in addition it can even be set to go into a sleep mode which turns the lights off as well as the LED screen. To wake it you simply touch any button.

These boards are ready now, however they will not be factory installed in the Vario grinders until the previous generation of boards are all used. They are not going to simply scrap them. When they start production of the grinders with these new boards in them the price is going to increase by $20.00.

Order the board along with the grinder and we will install it for you. In addition you get the old board to keep as a spare. If you already have a Vario and want this new board simply order it here and install it yourself, instillation is an easy 5 minute job. We provide instructions.
