New 4 Hole Steam Tip with .9 mm Holes for La Spaziale Vivaldi


As great a machine as the Vivaldi is, people have expressed difficulty in making nice micro foam. The Vivaldi is a commercially made machine. It is not only a wonderful machine for home use, but it can also be used in small restaurants and for catering operations as well. La Spaziale's intent was to build it so that it can handle the volume required in those commercial applications. I asked La Spaziale to have a special tip made for me with the same pattern and number of holes, but to make the holes much smaller, approximately .9 mm in diameter compared to the current 1.3 mm size.
