Machristay Black Pearl Espresso Whole Bean

Our Machristay Black Pearl Espresso is a blend of coffees from distinctly different countries of origin in South and Central America as well as in Africa. The coffees are all 100% Arabica and roasted to perfection daily at our facility, in our PID controlled Renegade coffee roaster. We roast to a Medium Roast with little or no oil on the surface. Our Black Pearl has been described as “pleasantly complex, with good body and mouth feel.” It has also been characterized as citrus, winy, with lingering chocolate notes. This coffee also does very well in milk-based drinks. To read what others have to say about Black Pearl, Click Here.

Nothing but!!! March 27, 2017

The only coffee we buy, 5 pounds every moth or two, never fails to please. We do not make espresso, use it for our normal morning cioffee. Using 32 grams for 10 cups, more economical than off the shelf coffee and much much better.

Not the way it is usually tastes. March 8, 2017

Espresso turned out very light and acidic. Don't know if it's something with this particular batch, or a change in the roasting. ---- Thank you for your feedback Yaniv. We will look into the issue. - MacKenzie, Chris' Coffee Service
