This Italian Roast Espresso is a dark roast blend of coffees from three distinctly different countries of origin, two from South and Central America and one from Indonesia. All three coffees are 100%, Arabica and are each individually roasted to a medium dark shade, and then blended together. They are micro roasted in small batches; this brings out the distinct characteristics of each coffee. This is a time consuming process but the quality of the finished product make it all worthwhile. This espresso is best described as not light like Illy but not burnt like Starbucks. Tons of crema, wonderful texture, magnificent flavor, with slight nutty finish.
