Poor replacement for Factory Switch December 3, 2017
Reviewer: JR from SoCal, United States
The original power switch on Andreja Premium  has 4 male terminals & accommodates 6 female connectors w/ a total of 8 wires. This means 2 of the terminals have a piggy back Y connector with a  female connector offering 2 male connectors where there is 1 on the factory switch.  The factory switch accommodates all those wires & piggy backed connectors well.   The replacement switch is smaller in stature & so the 4 male connectors on the back are quite close together. This would make the cluster of wires too close to one another to keep the connectors sufficiently separated to my liking for safety's sake. Replacement switch also lacks a physical divider between terminals that factory switch offered for additional protection against wires touching. I will not install this replacement switch. I'll try to source out a switch that better mimics factory switch.

GREAT support! August 20, 2016

I cannot say enough about the knowledge and patience of Chris' tech team. They have assisted me in troubleshooting and repairing my Alexia at home (yes...I am a brave soul! LOL)...
I have replaced the heating element, rebuilt the head and fixed a short in the on/off switch. ...My machine has been "cooking good" for over 12 years and I am thanking them for the help there!
Always a good experience.
