After 2 years, I still love it! November 4, 2016
Reviewer: Robert Jacob from Laguna Beach, CA United States
I bought this in December 2014 and have been using it every day since then. I bought it to replace a 7-year-old Rancilio Sylvia. I also bought a Baratza grinder to go with it to replace the Rancilio Rocky. Though the Rancilio products were great, the QM67 is a major upgrade and allows much better control of the brewing process. Subtle changes in the grind/brew temperature make noticeable, replicable differences, which is what I wanted. I've used mostly Blue Bottle coffees, but have also used Black Cat and a few other local coffees. It can take 6-8 cups to get everything right for my taste, but this is why I wanted to be able to control everything I could. A good value, very attractive and trouble-free operation, too.

Excellent! June 27, 2016
Reviewer: Lane from New York , NY United States
Mary at Chris' Coffee helped me pick this great machine.  It took a couple of weeks of trial and error to adjust to a new machine, given that I owned a manual lever machine (Cremina) for 20 years.  But with Mary's excellent tutoring over the phone, I think I've mastered it!  She was always patient and knowledgeable when I called with questions.

In addition to top notch espresso machines, Chris' Coffee has the best customer service, which is why I bought from them.  Don't hesitate to rely on their advice; go ahead and make your purchase!

First furnishing in a new apartment... May 10, 2016

...even before the bed. Gotta have espresso. This machine delivers an excellent shot and has a more compact profile than my Alex Duetto II, which, sadly, had to stay behind in the kitchen that was built to hold it.

What a fantastic machine April 4, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Los Angeles, CA
I am absolutely thrilled with the coffee I am able to make with this machine. I use it with an HG-1 hand grinder and really couldn't ask for more. Very dependable, well built, and double PID keeps the temperatures accurate. Isn't as loud as other machines I've owned. Would definitely purchase again.

Chris Coffee is the BEST! March 17, 2016
Reviewer: Rob S from Incline Village, NV United States
I am a repeat customer having bought an Isomac Tea 13 yrs ago and just recently upgraded to dual boiler QM67. I appreciated over the years all the great support I received from the team at Chris Coffee and when it was time to upgrade the machine which was still working there was no other choice in my mind that calling Chris Coffee. I would not even consider buying from anyone else. I was very happy with the price offered and a clear description of the upgrades and advantages of a new machine and could not be happier with the Dual Boiler machine. It is quiet and efficient and has many significant upgrades making it a pleasure to use and best of all it makes great coffee!
