Usually, when I ask Chris's staff for help identifying the right part for my espresso machine, I'm given the link and any other info I need.
When I asked which tubing I needed, I was given a link. I clicked the link and ordered the part. When the tubing arrived, it was much too short. Apparently, you have to enter multiple quantities to get a length that's long enough.
The staff did not tell me that, and declined to refund either the cost of the short tube or its shipping.
So, for the first time, I had a bad experience with Chris's Coffee.
