Easy cream Technology
This technology allows each barista to create creamy cappuccinos and excellent flat white each and every time. The company transferred the experience of the best technology to ensure more and more consistent cups to coffee shops.
Baristas can easily interact with their customers thanks to the machines' new low profile. The operation has been simplified with just 3 buttons (short, long and manual) above the group head. All the component materials are pure including copper, stainless steel, and aluminum to ensure absolute temperature efficiency and mechanical durability.
The barista has full control of the machine thanks to a TFT display with rotary switch menu management. Baristas can set and monitor the weight of the liquid in the cup, shot time, brewing temperature, group temperature, boiler pressure, additional pre-infusion, and energy saving. The group display means the barista can control the weight of extracted liquid and shot time. The "cool touch" steam lever is thermally insulated to be safe for the barista and easy to clean. The push & pull lever system lets the barista work in total safety.
The Machine Itself
This is a machine completely built in steel and aluminum. The sides are made of aluminum slats that give the hull the look of an eagles wings. All controls are designed to blend aesthetics and functionality, with particular attention given to ergonomics, to ensure the barista can work quickly, comfortably and safely.
