The Sorella was designed with the younger generation of home baristas in mind, and consciously curated to be sleek and elegant but above all else provide the performance and reliability you'd expect from a machine of this caliber.

We made sure not to forget about the small things on this machine either that really matter to those of you looking for an aesthetically pleasing piece of equipment; such as the knockout black gauges, discretely placed name, and the subtle PID. We felt that the natural beauty of the machines are often overpowered by all those pesky on/off switches and lights, large logos, badges, and unnecessarily large gauges.

Side Loading Water Tank

One of the more underrated, and often overlooked, design aspects of an espresso machine is the access to the water reservoir. This was one feature that MacKenzie pushed hard for, and was able to deliver on. The side loading water tank, positioned on the right hand side of the machine (similar to the Silvano Evo), makes refilling the machine so much quicker, easier, and more convenient for the user. No more pulling a 50+ lb. espresso machine out from under your cabinets, or blindly refilling while putting the internals at risk of water exposure. We hope this subtle, but highly useful, feature gets all the praise it deserves!  

High Quality Components

The Sorella features a new and incredibly compact rotary pump that operates as quietly as possible, keeping noise levels to a minimum. This compact pump also provides more open space internally, allowing you to easily self-service the machine from the comfort of your home.

Wi-Fi Connectivity 

We know you've all heard of BlueTooth connected espresso machines, but have you ever had a Wi-Fi connected espresso machine? With the Quick Mill App on your smart phone you will have access to a wide range of adjustable features by simply being within range of your machine. If you're experiencing trouble with the water reservoir registering properly we recommend calibrating it, which can be done through the app. You will need an empty tank in order to do so.

Custom Wood Accents

Instead of offering the Quick Mill joysticks as an add on, we've had them come standard on the Sorella machine. Not only that but the joystick handles themself are hand crafted out of a beautiful wood, which is followed throughout in the cam lever and portafilters as well.
