For Our Customers outside the Continental US; including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico::
* We now ship most parts & accessories via US Postal Service (USPS) – keep in mind that all of our electronic parts are 110 Volt 60 Hz
• All of our machines are 110 Volt 60 Hz and therefore will NOT operate in most European countries that require 230 Volt 50 Hz
• We also cannot ship any porcelain cups due to the breakage factor
• Should you wish a quote we will need the following: a list of the desired items in order to determine the ship weight and the ship-to address
