The joystick steam and hot water assemblies can now be fitted on to the New Alex II.  An adapter is needed for each joystick assembly in order to operate on this machine.  (A single adapter also comes with a washer and a copper flare gasket). We will install the joystick assemblies prior to shipping your machine.

Starting November 14th 2011, we are extending the manufacturer's warranty one additional year FREE of charge, that gives you two years of warranty coverage.

The Alex II is a Heat Exchange machine and is not to be confused with the Alex Duetto II, which is a dual boiler.  Customers kept asking for a nice, quiet machine with a rotary pump that did not have to be plumbed in. We went one better. Meet the New Alex II. Alex II does not have to be plumbed in, but if you want to plumb it in, it's as simply as connecting the water line and flipping a lever. Alex II sports a lever-action E61 group with built-in pre-infusion; high-grade stainless steel construction including the frame; dual manometers; large-capacity drip tray with optional drain; swivel stainless steel no burn steam and hot water arms, micro foaming .9mm 4 hole steam tip,  large 2 liter horizontal copper boiler, a Gicar P.I.D. controller that takes the place of the mechanical pressure stat, and much more.
