As I have stated to customers over the phone on several occasions, "It is not rocket science and I am not reinventing the wheel when I design one of these machines." I have the advantage of being able to read people's reviews and find out what they like and what they don't like about various machines. I make sure I include the things they like and correct the things they don't like. I also use my 30 years of experience along with my techs' knowledge, to correct deficiencies that the customer in many cases are not even aware of.

For example:

• This machine runs on 15 AMP, the same as Anita and Andreja, and comes with a NORMAL SIZE cord and plug. This way there is no issue with needing a 20 amp receptacle and breaker. This machine's cord is connected to a terminal block, not hard wired -- one of those deficiencies I was referring to.
  
  
• The steam and hot water arms as well as the non compression valves are the best available and only exist on machines like the Giotto Premium, which is vibe pump, no direct connect option, and $400 more expensive. They are also NOW on the Brewtus II, which just took a price hike of $200 after the addition of these arms and valves.
  
  
• I added a commercial dual manometer; I designed this machine for light commercial use as well as for the home consumer who wants a nice, quiet rotary pump machine. Dual manometer is a must on a commercially used machine.
  
  
• The drip tray has the same large capacity as the Andreja Premium and the Anita, and also features OPTIONAL DRAIN. The kit is offered as a $35 option. It's simple to install. No drilling of the machine is necessary.  
  
  
• The height is 16 1/4�, which fits under 98% of kitchen cabinets. Width is 11 1/4� and the depth is 17 3/4".
  
  
• We offer an optional upgrades on the pressure as well. For only $29 we will replace the C.E.M.E. factory installed pressure stat with a Jaeger Heavy Duty Pressure Stat, and $59 will upgrade your stat to a Commercial Sirai Pressure Stat.
  
  
• The boiler size and heating element is exactly the same as Anita and Andreja Premium.
  
  
• First of all, it works and performs beautifully including plenty of steam power -- so why mess it up?
  
• Second, my techs know the Anita and Andreja inside out so this is really nothing new.
  
• Third, it makes it easier to manage parts inventory for me and insures availability for you, the customer.
