Change the gaskets to prevent leakage or squirting from a lot of use.

Downgrading my earlier review March 8, 2017
Reviewer: Deidre Aufiero from CT United States
When we first purchased our equipment a few years ago, the service at Chris' Coffee couldn't have been better.  However, when I recently needed a replacement gasket and ordered the wrong item online - because they can be hard to differentiate on the website, as other reviewers have noted - I didn't have the same experience.  The first question I was asked by the telephone representative was "Did you try the website?" Pro-Tip: If a customer CALLS you, do not refer them to the internet. After explaining that I had but my effort yielded the wrong part, she transferred me to another department without introduction. The person who answered there was terse, barked out the part number and ended the call, whereas my expectation was to place my order with him. I hate to be cynical, but it seems like you give better service to a bigger sale.
-----------

With the amount of credit card theft today, we no longer will take peoples credit card information over the phone. When a customer enters an order we do not even see their credit card info and it is NOT stored anywhere that any employees have access to it. Customers have to enter their own orders and credit card info. This is for our customers protection. At Chris' Coffee Service we answer the phone, no voice mail unless all lines are busy. The people that answer the phone can be anyone from the accounting department, receptionist, customer service reps that call our local coffee customer for their orders, to internet sales people as rare as it is since they are usually on the phone. These people are not able to answer questions like you asked and the call needs to be transferred to the service department in order to give you the correct answer. I am sorry you feel like you were rushed off the phone but you have to admit you got the part number you needed to place the order, people answered your call, not voice mail, and you did it all in a couple of minutes without having to wait for someone to hopefully call you back. Personally I do not think that is poor customer service. When I call any of the vendors that we use for roasting equipment, printers, packaging machines, etc., etc. I just want to be able to get a person on the phone that can answer my questions A.S.A.P. when I call.

Used for La Marzocco GS3 January 29, 2017
Reviewer: Stanley from San Francisco, CA United States
No complaints here. I haves used these for my La Marzocco GS3 for 4-5 years now. I use the 58mm. to extend the life of your gasket try not to over tighten the portafilter as this is what causes the gaskets to compress and wear.

Easy to Order, Great Service January 27, 2017
Reviewer: Mary Beth Janke from Norwalk, CT United States
I feel it is always very easy to work with Chris' Coffee.  It's easy to find the part you need for your coffee /espresso maker, it's easy to use credit in your account when you have it, and when you speak with customer service, they are always extremely helpful and tremendously knowledgeable.
