The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material. 

Wood is a natural material. There will be variation, including knots, texture and grain variations and possible thickness of the wood. We can not control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product.
In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, luster or appearance of finishes of any product.

All of our panels are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.

This is a custom product and, as outlined in the "shipping, returns & exchanges" policy, is not eligible for return.

We have a new craftsman making these panels for us as of Dec. 2021. The grain pattern on the new ones will be vertical, and not horizontal, in order to get the most out of the wood and the surface area and also to avoid noticeable gaps and differences in color.

Effective 1/01/22 - we are sourcing our panels from a new vendor.

Effective 1/5/23 - once we sell out of our current inventory we will not be selling this product any longer due to difficulties getting supplies.


We fulfill orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Latham, NY. Orders may take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be fully processed and shipped out. We use USPS or UPS as our preferred carriers. Orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping within the contiguous U.S., and we reserve the right to select which carrier to use based on cost and speed in which the package will arrive to the final destination. Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery. If however, you would like to waive this additional insurance, please fill out the form here and by doing so you agree to the terms and conditions contained within. Please save all packaging for any future reasons for shipping including returns, exchanges, and repairs. All exchanges & returns must be recieved within 30 days of the ship date. A return can be initiated by contacting a Chris' Coffee customer service representative here.

Commercial equipment & coffee are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
